Lipman Warehouse

The Lipman warehouse is the driving force behind Lipman's 175,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art headquarters in Nashville, TN. The 155,000 square-foot warehouse is the largest temperature-controlled warehouse in the state.

In addition to general storage space, the Lipman warehouse includes:
- A temperature-controlled Fine Wine Room - 6,400 square feet
- A temperature-controlled Beer Room - 3,081 square feet
- A temperature-controlled Cigar Humidor - 684 square feet
- A 38-degree Keg Room - 4,904 square feet

Fleet
At least 30 Lipman trucks travel to destinations throughout Middle Tennessee Monday-Friday each week to deliver product or merchandising elements.
