Established in 1939, Lipman Brothers., Inc. is the oldest distributor of wine
and spirits in Middle Tennessee. Partnered with the R.S. Lipman Company, a
distributor of beer, crystal stemware, cigars, and other luxury products, Lipman is the leading name
in Tennessee’s beverage alcohol distribution market. Lipman Brothers., Inc.
and the R.S. Lipman Company service restaurant and retail accounts throughout
Middle Tennessee, and serve as an educational resource for both trade and
consumer markets.
Facilities
The Lipman companies are centrally located in Nashville, TN, in a 106,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility. The building houses the sales and operation offices as well as warehouse space for both Lipman companies. The 96,000 square foot warehouse is the largest temperature-controlled warehouse in the state. It includes a Fine Wine Room; a Beer Storage Room, a Cigar Humidor, and a Keg Room.
