Donation Requests
Donation Policies: Lipman is committed to positively influencing the community far beyond its business enterprises. However, with numerous requests for monetary and product donations, the following guidelines must be followed to assure fairness and to maximize the benefits that we can give to the community.
Please be advised - there are many laws and regulations that apply to the wine and spirits industry which may affect the nature of a request.
In order to be fair to the general population, the Lipman community relations program will not consider any requests made by an organization that does not have verified 501(c)3/non-profit status. We are not able to accommodate out-of-area requests.
Request Deadlines
Requests must be made at least six weeks in advance of the event date.
How to Request a Donation
Fill out the donation request (at the bottom of this page). Please submit it along with a detailed request on company letterhead via US Mail to the address below. Please include the following information:
- Description/mission of the organization
- Date, time and location of event
- Event purpose/beneficiary
- Verification of 501(c)3 (non-profit status)
- Contact name, telephone, email address and complete street address. We will not mail to a P.O. Box.
