June 2009 – Lipman Brothers answers back to the summer heat, offering ready-to-drink mixes by Southern Comfort. The Sweet Tea Cocktail and Hurricane Cocktail are commendable mixes ready to pour over ice.
Leveraging the growing consumer demand for sweet tea, the 30-proof Sweet Tea Cocktail combines the traditional Southern Comfort with the taste of sweet tea, and can be enjoyed by just pouring over ice. The Hurricane Cocktail, also 30 proof, recalls the New Orleans heritage of Southern Comfort as well as the classic Hurricane cocktail made famous in the Big Easy. With its smooth blend of orange, pineapple and grenadine, it is also ready to drink by simply pouring into a glass with ice.
